My Services
I work for a mix of client bases including homeowners and landlords. I also work for businesses including lettings agents (between tenancy and during tenancy maintenance), gyms (general maintenance), solicitors (office maintenance) and supported housing charities.
I provide Handyman Services across South Manchester and the surrounding areas. Works I undertake include:

- Flat pack furniture assembly
- Interior wood panelling
- Fence repairs and gutter repairs
- Interior and exterior painting
- Minor plumbing such as tap replacement and sealant renewal
- General home maintenance and repairs
- TV bracket installation

Areas Covered
I am based in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, therefore the south of Manchester and surrounding areas are easy for me to access. As a rule of thumb I say I cover the following areas, however, please speak to me if you are outside of these areas and I can discuss whether it is viable for me to travel to you!

Quality
As a handyman it's important to get jobs right first time. I achieve this by listening to the client's wants and needs, communicating with the client before, during and after projects, and treating every job as if I was working on my own home.
The nature of completing odd jobs and wide ranging handyman works has meant that I have had to invest in many different types of tools and materials, and I always strive to ensure the tools and materials I use are of a standard required to complete the works with quality.
Value
Working on people's homes as a handyman requires me to consider what budget the client has to work with. I always endeavour to offer the best value solution to meet the client's needs.
Depending on the type of work you require, I can either work on an hourly rate, or if you prefer, I can also provide a quote for the project. Please speak to me to discuss further.
I strongly believe that value doesn't mean using the cheapest materials to get the job done, and I always seek to attain a balance between quality and price to achieve the best value options for projects.
Friendly & Approachable
I have always enjoyed working with people and I believe that is important as a handyman - I work with my clients not just for them. Whilst it is my job to ensure projects are completed using the best methods, I am always open to client's ideas and I am happy to answer any questions the client may have. To achieve this I understand that I need to remain approachable and I'm a strong believer that no question is a bad question!
I take pride in my work and I am confident that this will come across in the way I present myself when working on your project. I also strive to offer the best advice - I will never push clients into going ahead with work that I don't believe is necessary.
